Where your data is stored

All data is hosted in the European Union. It is not stored or processed outside the EU.

What we hold

For parents: your name, email address, an optional mobile number, and your home postcode. Your postcode is used only to work out roughly who lives near whom — it is never shown to other parents, who only ever see an approximate area such as "BT18 area".

For children: a full name that only you and any parent you share the child with can see, plus optional year group and club or team. Everyone else sees initials only. Children never have accounts.

For events: the event details, who is going, who needs a lift, who can give one, and pick-up details. A pick-up address is shown only to the driver collecting that child, and to nobody else.

Who can see it

Only members of an event can see who is attending it, and being in one event never reveals anything about your other events or your account. Your private travel preferences — who you would rather travel with or not — are never shown to anyone.

Emails we send

We email you when you sign in, when a child on your event needs a lift and you have spare seats, and to remind you of lifts you have offered. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the form below and we will come back to you within 30 days.
